The conditions under which I sell engagements and mini-gigs on this site.

1. Who you're buying from

Salvatore Vacante, independent Innovation Manager and technical consultant ([email protected]). This is not Shoppi: payments are processed through the Shoppi/Stripe checkout infrastructure, but the service itself is provided by Salvatore Vacante personally/professionally.

2. Orders and payment

Payment is upfront, in euros, at the time of order via Stripe. The order is confirmed on receipt of payment. Prices shown in currencies other than euro on the English-language pages are purely indicative: the actual charge is always and only in euros, at the exact amount shown with the € symbol.

3. Scope and delivery

Each service covers exactly what is described on its listing: no additional consulting, no revision rounds beyond what is explicitly stated, no signed or sworn document unless explicitly indicated. Delivery time starts once all necessary documentation has been received, complete and legible; incomplete documentation or requests that exceed the described scope may require a separate, separately-priced engagement.

4. Refunds

All sales are final. Once a service has been delivered, or the agreed document handed over within the described scope, no refund — full or partial — is issued for dissatisfaction with the content, a change of mind, or non-use of the deliverable. This holds regardless of the client's subjective assessment of the result, provided the delivered work matches what was described on the purchased service's listing. This does not affect any non-waivable statutory rights that may apply under mandatory law and that the client has not validly waived in writing before the service began.

5. Intellectual property and confidentiality

Rights to the delivered document or deliverable transfer to the client on full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Information shared by the client for the engagement is treated as confidential and used solely to deliver the purchased service.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided based on the information and documentation received from the client, whose substantive accuracy is not independently verified. For technical/legal deliverables (expert reports, assessments), professional liability follows the law applicable to that type of service; for everything else, Salvatore Vacante's liability is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of Salvatore Vacante's professional domicile, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
