I believe a company’s value lies more and more in what cannot be touched: a trademark, a piece of software, an idea written down well. For more than fifteen years, independently since 2014, I have worked on that border, between technology and the decisions technology makes possible. My expert reports and my advice start from a simple question, what really holds up, and from one rule: technical work must still stand when it is read by the other side. In the case studies I tell how things went, and what I would do again. Since 2018 I have been building Shoppi Pay, a platform for small businesses: it keeps my hands in the code, because you only judge well what you know how to build.
